Mr. Pugazhenthi B
MD
Pugazhenthi B is a qualified Mechanical Engineer with over 30 years of technical and managerial experience in the Middle East and India. He started his career in 1990 with an established Pressure Vessels and Storage Tanks manufacturing company in India. In 1994 he kick-started his middle east career in Saudi Arabia and later moved to UAE in 1996 with National Petroleum Construction Company, one of the most prominent EPC contractors in Onshore & Offshore projects.
In 2007 Pugazhenthi B, established Avenir International Engineers and Consultants, a multi-disciplinary engineering services company in Abu Dhabi. Now Avenir had grown into a multi-national company with offices in India and UAE.
He extended his business to NDT & Metallurgical testing arena by acquiring Best Choice Testing Services in 2013 which is based in Dubai, and is now looking into further diversifying and growing the business to other GCC countries.
Mr. Gangadurai Dharmalingam

Gangadurai has overall 21 plus years of experience and 15 years in UAE and he held various senior management positions in different sectors. He holds ASNT level II certification in VT,PT,UT and RT.
Mr. Shanmugasundaram
Senior Inspection Engineer
Mr. Rajaram joined BCTS in 2017 as Manager, Mechanical Testing. He holds a degree in Mechanical Engineering, ASNT Level II Certification in VT, UT, RT, and MT. He has over 10 years’ experience in successfully running Mechanical Testing laboratories in India and Dubai. He ensures timely delivery of sample preparations in the BCTS Machine shop.

Mr. Rajaram joined BCTS in 2017 as Manager, Mechanical Testing. He holds a degree in Mechanical Engineering, ASNT Level II Certification in VT, UT, RT, and MT. He has over 10 years’ experience in successfully running Mechanical Testing laboratories in India and Dubai. He ensures timely delivery of sample preparations in the BCTS Machine shop.

Mr. Harish has over 10 years’ experience in Metallurgical testing, Chemical & Corrosion analysis of various metals and alloys. He holds a degree in Metallurgy, ASNT Level II Certification in VT, UT, RT, and MT. Prior to joining BCTS, he gained experience in various steel industries in India & Metallurgical testing laboratories in the middle east. He is also actively working on adding additional portfolio’s and business strategies in BCTS.

Mr.Arivazhagan has over 13 years experience in diversified field consisting of Non Destructive Testing activities in major industries like Fabrication shops, Petrochemicals, Refineries, Oil field Rigs Cross-country Pipelines, Storage Tanks, Pressure Vessels, Structural welds, Piping works, Thermal Power Plants Turbines, Castings & Forgings. He holds a graduate in B.E (EEE), ASNT Level III Certification in RT, UT, MT, and PT & ISO-PCN Level III in UT, PAUT & TOFD.

Mr. Biplab Karmakar

Mr. Biplab has over 20 years of NDT experience. He holds Bachelor in Science & ASNT-TC-1A Level II certifications. He is also a BARC qualified Radiation Safety Officer. Prior to joining BCTS, he served in Qatar, Saudi Arabia, Hong Kong & India in various companies including Bureau Veritas.

Mr. Aravind holds a degree in Mechanical Engineering, ASNT Level III Certification in RT and MT as well as certified welding Inspector CSWIP 3.1. He worked in Saudi Arabia, UAE & India as NDT Manager for various projects. He is instrumental in adding an advanced NDT portfolio in BCTS which is ongoing successfully.
Mr. Andrews Arockia Raj

Mr. Andrews, Masters in Science & Philosophy has over 15 years of NDT & Level III Inspection experience. Andrews holds an ASNT Level III Certification in PT, UT, RT and VT, as well as PCN Level III Certification in MT and UT. Prior to joining BCTS, he served various pressure vessel & boiler manufacturing companies in India as Inspection Manager. He is involved in expanding the business in training and development arena.
